Mode of Training Delivery

There are variety of ways we carry-out our training. The mode of training delivery for Wiva Safe Consult are outline below:

Classroom-based or Face to Face Instruction: This is the standard training approach, where a trainer instructs a group of learners on the subject matter in a traditional classroom setting .

Virtual instructor-led training: With this mode of training delivery, learners can take part in live training sessions with a trainer from a distance via video conferencing software.

Self-study: This entails learners studying the material on their own, at their own pace, and without the direction of a trainer. These include reading materials and books, watching videos (both Akan and English), completing online courses, and using other study tools. Self-study can be done online or offline.

Mentorship Training: This is an on-the-job training that involves learning through hands-on experience in a real work environment. The mentorship training is structured training program that allows you to learn both theoretically and practically by being attached to or under-studying a professional on the field for a period to acquire hands on experience.

Simulation-based training: This mode of delivery of training focuses on employing computer simulations or other sorts of mock environments, to simulate real-world scenarios and give students a safe environment to practice their abilities. This is done in both English and Akan.

Blended learning: This training combines different modes of training delivery such as classroom instruction, online courses, and on-the-job training to meet with our client expectations. It can be a face to face or classroom session where the instructor delivers live training virtually.
